Inventory and Fixtures of Tiffanys Lighting, located at 3227 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville FL will be sold in five bulk lots on Thursday, July 22, 2010 at 2PM. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend preview on July 22, 2010 at 1PM to view the real estate and personal property. The remaining inventory and fixtures are comprised of the following:


Lot 1 - Light Fixtures (as defined as requiring a bulb): 443± units

Lot 2 - Accessories (Furniture Vases): 160± Units

Lot 3 - Lamp Shades (those shades not attached to a light fixture): 549± Units

Lot 4 - Painting & Prints: 36± Units

Lot 5 - Store Fixtures equipment: 157± Units


Concerning Personal Property Terms:


-All items are sold and accepted by bidder “As is, where is, with all faults and at buyer's risk” and “with removal at buyer's risk and expense”


-A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the high bid to determine the total purchase price before tax.


-All payments must be paid “In Full” at the conclusion of the auction in Cash or Personal Check before removal of any items.
