My name is Lauren Amerson, Licensed Massage Therapist Registered Yoga Teacher. My business, Sacred Art of Healing, is a heart-centered, holistic approach to healing growth through Massage, Yoga, Meditation Aromatherapy. Located at Renaissanc Healing Center in Jacksonville Beach, FL, I provide 30, 60 or 90 minute customized therapeutic massage, using my own homemade, therapeutic-grade, organic aromatherapy massage products. I teach yoga classes on Monday noon-12:45, 6:30-7:40; Wednesday 5:30pm-6:30pm, Saturday 7am-8:10am and various Sundays 5pm-6pm. In addition, I offer unique, meditation yoga related workshops every few months. Aromatherapy Product Store, located within Renaissance Healing Center, is where I sell my collection of homemade aromatherapy products, Sacred Blends. Sacred Blends products are therapeutic, made for relieving specific pain, ailments various symptoms.
