Female roomate wanted price includes everything except phone which you will provide for yourself. The place is 2 acres with a 1200 sq foot manufactured home on it. Fenced in the back and a good neighborhood. Located in north west Jacksonville. This will be open in a couple months or sooner or later I still have someone living there. Wondering why only female, I have tried the male roomates and had no luck. Positively no DRUGS and you must be working and I will need to do a back ground check on you including credit. Other than that I work alot on the road and I have a dog named king he is old and gentle I would consider a dog but I would have to meet him/her..have a nice day
